On the Day of the Tattoo Appointment
For designs that are already completed, such as logos, small text, or simple designs, it is possible to proceed with the tattoo on the same day.
In this case, since we have not collected a deposit, priority will be given to those who are able to pay the deposit or those who are first to walk in, so please understand.
Also, since design consultation, creation, and tattooing will be done after you arrive, we ask that you come when you have sufficient time.
If the appointment requires more time for design finalization, a deposit will be required in advance to confirm the reservation.
2. Consultation Process
After you have reserved your consultation, please visit the studio to discuss the design, confirm the size, and decide on the placement.
At that time, we will provide you with a price estimate. Please note that the price may change depending on any adjustments to the design or size.
After the consultation, we will collect a deposit to finalize the appointment, and that will conclude the consultation process.
For small designs or for those who have difficulty visiting due to distance, consultations can be done via message, and the deposit can be paid via bank transfer.
Necessary Information for Consultation
During your consultation, please provide the following details:

Placement (e.g., back of the upper arm, lower back, etc.)
This information will help us assess your design and schedule appropriately.
Deposit for Reservation
The deposit is ¥11,000 and up (the amount may vary depending on the size and complexity of the design).
This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo.
Example:
Total cost: ¥22,000
Deposit: ¥11,000 + ¥11,000 (on the day of the tattoo) = Total ¥22,000
The deposit will be used as a cancellation fee in the following cases:

Cancellation of the tattoo appointment

Changes to the design after creation has started: This includes changes in the motif or significant alterations, even if it's the same motif but in a different composition. If such changes are made, an additional design fee will be charged.
If you have specific requests, please let us know before the design work begins during the consultation. (Minor changes are allowed up to two times after the sketch is shown for free; after that, additional charges may apply depending on the number of changes and time required.) -
Frequent changes to the tattoo appointment date

Changes to the appointment within two days of the tattoo day or being more than 20 minutes late on the day of the appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 3–4 days prior to the appointment, 50% of the deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.
We ask that you notify us of any changes at least 5 days before the appointment.
Please note:
It is strictly prohibited to take original designs created at our studio to another tattoo studio.
Important Notes for the Day of the Tattoo

Avoid sun exposure right before and after the tattoo. Sunburn can cause infections or fading of the tattoo.

Avoid alcohol the night before and on the day of the tattoo.

Do not come on an empty stomach, as it can increase pain sensitivity. Please have a meal before the procedure.

Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty near the tattooed area, as ink may get on them. Also, wear clothing that easily exposes the area to be tattooed (e.g., wear swimwear for areas that require removal of undergarments).

You can use your phone during the session, but please avoid moving around during the procedure! If you feel discomfort or need to change position, please let us know before moving.
After the Tattoo Procedure
After confirming the completed tattoo, we will cover the tattooed area with a protective cover.
We will provide you with aftercare instructions, and you will receive a written guide to take with you for reference after leaving the studio.
